Marcia Ross is a retired art teacher and has created her own artwork for a long time. Her favorite medium is oil painting but she has also worked in printmaking, pottery, watercolor as well as painting theater sets and murals.Â
Ross and her family spent time as missionaries in Kenya before moving to the Elizabethton area. Many of her paintings are based on the Maasai people and their life.Â
