Starburst

"Starburst." This 14.5” x 10.5” sculptural work features a vertical rectangular aluminum base with a shiny, textured finish created by vertical grooves. Extending from the center is a clock face with thin rods marking each hour, creating a starburst effect. At the end of four of these rods are circular aluminum pieces, emphasizing the quarters of the hour. This modern, abstract sculpture focuses on geometric shapes and clean lines. The inspiration behind "Starburst" came from the concept of merging time and space into a unified form.
