Golden Drift

"Golden Drift." This 5” x 8” piece features three minimalist sailboats against a muted golden background, all framed in a custom rustic wooden frame. The sailboats, made from aluminum triangles with small horizontal lines for the hulls, highlight simplicity and elegance. The golden backdrop creates a warm contrast to the aluminum boats, giving the scene a serene, maritime feel focused on form and simplicity.
Creating "Golden Drift" was a unique experience that allowed me to blend modern minimalist design with a warm, inviting palette. I drew inspiration from the calming essence of the ocean and aimed to capture that tranquility in a sophisticated yet unembellished manner.
